Is the Target Boycott Outrage Hypocritical?

There are undercurrents that interrogate the authenticity and effectiveness of the Target Boycott. Walmart is just as worthy a candidate for a national boycott, perhaps even more so. However, while a national boycott of Walmart and other mega retail-stores is needed, it could expose more gaps than we are prepared to fill. The outrage is selective on purpose—Target is the perfect mark.
